Pallez gets into the game Oct. 24 at Cherokee Casino in Catoosa.

Greg Pallez arrives at Cherokee Casino and Resort Oct. 24 to play Texas Hold 'Em.

Cherokee Casino General Manager Gary Weddell presented Pallez with a CNE cap, jacket, $100 in free play and certificates for lunch and dinner at the Wild Potato Buffet for he and his companions.

Robert Shadwick, a World War II veteran who lives at the Oklahoma Veterans Center in Claremore, receives a number of gifts presented by Denise Patterson of Chapter One of the Blue Star Mothers. The gifts were part of the “Wish Upon a Blue Star” program.
